We are a dynamic tennis club located in the suburb of Westville, Durban, South Africa. The midweek ladies section play in summer and winter leagues and meet on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 08:30 for social tennis. Organised social tennis is played on Saturday afternoons from 13:30.
The tennis section prides itself on maintaining five excellent playing courts. During the year many fun tournaments are played as well as our annual club championships.
The club participates in the Durban tennis leagues. Three courts have lighting and are available for members and the public for hire every evening. Recently our courts were used for the Veterans International Tennis competition. Although our members are primarily from Westville itself, we also have members from various other suburbs in the Highway area.
We are always on the lookout for new members both league and socially orientated, so please visit us for a fun day of tennis.

We’ve been here in Westville for years and the bar is a great place for value drinks, a quick bite to eat and a welcoming atmosphere. Although our members are primarily from Westville itself, we also have members from various other suburbs both adjacent to and quite far from Westville. Chiltern Park Sports Club has a long and proud sporting tradition in the greater Westville area boasting five operational units within the club to streamline its activities from both a social and community point of view. Squash has an active social component and we have four teams in the KZN Squash League. New members both league and social are always welcome. Please visit us enjoy the game and exercise and make some new friends in the process. Always play to the best of your ability and within the spirit and laws of the game. Never use inappropriate, foul or abusive language whether it is directed at match officials; opposition players or management; your team-mates or manager, assistant and coach; spectators; no-one in particular. Treat everyone with respect at all times including: officials; your own team-mates and manager, assistant and coach; the opposition players and management; and supporters. Treat your team-mates, manager, assistant manager and coach with respect. In the event that the manager leaves the club during the season, a replacement will be appointed by the Committee at a Extraordinary General Meeting. Inform players of the precise address where a match or training event is taking place and what time it starts and finishes. Ensure that the activities you direct or advocate are appropriate for the age, maturity, experience and ability of the player. By your own example encourage players and spectators to at all times accept match officials decisions without comment and without showing any form of dissent. Advise the Club if any approach is made to you by another club who wish to offer one of your players a trial or transfer. The Club fully expects all players to set and maintain a high level of good conduct and behaviour, both on and off the field of play. Failure by any manager, assistant or coach to respond within 7 days to a request or an instruction of the Committee will leave that party liable to automatic suspension by the club until such time as the instruction or request is complied with or the Committee has met with that party to resolve the issue. Persons wishing to join the Management Committee must first ask the permission of the Chairman. The Management Committee will meet quarterly to discuss club matters, etc.
